Does AppraixOS work with QuickBooks?

Yes. AppraixOS has a direct, two-way sync with QuickBooks Online on every plan. Invoices you create in AppraixOS are pushed to QuickBooks, and payment and void activity in QuickBooks flows back so invoice status stays current. You connect once from Settings with your QuickBooks login.

QuickBooks Online is the only accounting system AppraixOS connects to natively.

I don't use QuickBooks. Can I still invoice with AppraixOS?

Yes. QuickBooks is optional. Every plan can create and send invoices without QuickBooks connected, and each invoice is available as a PDF you can download or send.

What if I use Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, Sage or Zoho Books?

AppraixOS does not have a native integration with those products. You have two ways to work with them:

1. Any plan: send invoices as PDFs. On Professional, Firm and Enterprise, you can also export invoice data to CSV from the Revenue Dashboard. Either way, you can then enter or import the data in your accounting system.

2. Enterprise plan: use the AppraixOS API and webhooks, which connect to Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, Sage, Zoho Books and more through Zapier or Make. When an invoice is created, updated or paid, AppraixOS sends an event that Zapier or Make can use to create or update the matching record in your accounting tool.

Can I export my invoice data?

Yes. The Revenue Dashboard (Professional, Firm and Enterprise plans) can export your invoice ledger and a revenue summary as CSV files, which open in Excel, Google Sheets, and can be imported into most accounting systems. Every plan can download individual invoices as PDFs.

What do the Enterprise API and webhooks do?

Enterprise accounts can send invoice events to any URL or automation platform in real time with webhooks. The events are invoice.created, invoice.updated and invoice.paid. Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can verify they came from AppraixOS, and failed deliveries are retried automatically.

Enterprise accounts also get a read-only API for invoices, secured with API keys that you create and revoke yourself. Use it with Zapier or Make, or with your own tools, to pull invoice data into other systems.

Which plans include which accounting options?

QuickBooks Online two-way sync, invoicing without QuickBooks, and PDF invoices: all plans. CSV export from the Revenue Dashboard: Professional, Firm and Enterprise. API and invoice webhooks (for Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, Sage, Zoho Books and more via Zapier or Make): Enterprise only.
